I started at Public Outreach in June 2014 to grow the Telemarketing arm of the organisation and in February 2017 I had the privilege of becoming the Managing Director of this passionate and driven workforce. I come from 6 years at another Telemarketing agency working both as an Account Director and Operations Manager and experience working for a charity as their Individual Giving Manager. I love being part of a sector and an organisation that supports causes I believe in. One of the biggest joys for me, is getting to meet so many amazing young people and create "fundraisers for life" so brilliant, hard working and passionate people stay working in a sector that changes the world.
Fun fact: In a world where calories did not exist I would like to eat cheese supreme Doritos with everything!
Head of Operations
I’ve come to know Public Outreach as part of my home and my family. I started in November 2010 at what was supposed to be a casual job but as time progressed, I began to realise that it was much more than that. To me, Public Outreach will always be the place where I have been offered opportunities that I may not have been given elsewhere especially in such a short amount of time. I have been given the opportunity to manage a multitude of departments, projects and of course, been able to travel around Australia and Canada. It has not only presented me with the opportunity to develop as a professional but has also allowed me to work with some of the most remarkable people, as well as with organisations that come together to make a difference. I come to work each day knowing that we are all valued team members and that we are a part of the bigger picture - I can safely say that Public Outreach is one of a kind.

Sales and Marketing Manager
My Public Outreach story started in September of 2013 on the streets of Adelaide! After 6 months I was given the opportunity to become the Adelaide Fundraising Manager, which I happily accepted. Since then I have moved across the Tasman Sea to start up Public Outreach New Zealand! Everyday I wake up knowing that becoming a part of the PO family was one of my greatest decisions!

Head of Finance
I joined Public Outreach in December 2011 and yet I am continuously being faced with new challenges which keeps my job interesting and ensures I am always developing. Not only has Public Outreach given me a work life balance but also has given me the opportunity to view the world from a new perspective. I meet and work with some truly amazing people. It gives me great joy at the end of the day to be working together with these amazing people to make the world a better place.
Fun fact: I love instant coffee - I will always choose instant coffee over the world’s greatest barista made coffee!
Head of Phone Fundraising
I arrived in Melbourne at the beginning of July 2015 and started at Public Outreach as a fundraiser the same week. I instantly fell in love with the company, the organisations we fundraise for and the amazing people I get to work with. Knowing that every day we're fighting to change the world for the better has got me hooked. Public Outreach has given me so many opportunities to grow as a person, learn more than I ever have and has introduced me to people I will call friends for life. I'm exited to see where the future takes us!
Fun fact: I once stole lunch from Brian May (accidentally)!
Head of Human Resources
I began my career at Public Outreach in March 2013 as a fundraiser in Perth. Since then I’ve lived all over Australia as a Fundraising Manager before moving into recruitment. Now I run our Human Resources department! I love working at Public Outreach because of our focus on ethics, company culture, and personal growth opportunities. My favourite thing about running the HR department is that I'm responsible not only for attracting amazing talent from all over the country, but also offering people amazing growth opportunities in the greater Not-for-Profit sector!
Fun fact: I am fluently trilingual and absolutely mad about gardening and model making!
Head of Client Services
I started at Public Outreach in March 2015 as Sydney's Administrator. I since became the National Coordinator of the Fundraising Support & Permits departments. In 2016 I was offered the role of Client Services Account Manager which was an absolute dream come true! I am incredibly grateful for the countless opportunities that Public Outreach has given me which have allowed me to grow professionally. I love working in a place that allows me to use my tertiary background in International Relations, Anthropology and Development in a practical, passionate and ethical way!
Fun fact: I am secretly obsessed with mahraganat music, also known as "electro shaabi", which is essentially Egyptian wedding rave!
